After more than 1,300 Mentoring sessions with Sales & Postsales Managers/Heads in over 130 Dealerships across Latin America and the Caribbean, we documented and protected© the critical processes and their fundamental tools, including our know-how and best implementation practices. This led to the establishment of three (3) working methods designed to instill and maintain the proper levels of commercial drive in our clients’ teams.
