Founded as an independent consultancy in training and performance improvement. Expansion into sectors like • Agro • Banking • Healthcare • e-commerce. First international projects in Colombia and Panama.
Expansion into the USA
Opened in the USA to provide services in the Latam region. Quintupled capacity by incorporating +4 Senior Consultants. Certified as an International BMW Trainer & BMW Consultant (Munich).
Expansion into Mexico
Offices in Mexico City with +9 Senior Consultants. Registration of the Ergos Sales Management Model (MGVE©). Received the BMW International Playbook Award for Global Best Practice RPM.

We have a senior team composed of more than twenty-five experienced consultants who collectively share over 500 years of Consulting experience. We are passionate about learning and sharing that knowledge so that each project becomes a space for growth and evolution. Where do we work?
At ERGOS, we combine our network of Local Consultants with a delivery model designed for agility. We understand the culture of each market in LATAM, which allows us to integrate teams that know the local landscape with an efficient remote deployment methodology. This approach of short, frequent interactions ensures absolute focus on objectives, providing continuous attention and cost optimization that directly impacts the viability of each project.
